Don’t Give Up!

You are closer than you think.

At the beginning of my positive psychology video (Part 2) I talk about how challenge is our ultimate path to progress. Safety camouflages growth. Important. Of course. But never a resting place. More of a launching pad!💫

Whatever makes you uncomfortable is your biggest opportunity for growth. Bryant McGill

  1. I’ve found this to be so true in my own life. What scares the stuffing out of me also offers me the greatest personal growth if I have the courage to go forward. We learn best from the challenges and adversities we face, uncomfortable as they are.

  2. Thank you for sharing this, esp regarding Don’t Give Up, I am reminded of what my spiritual teacher says, ‘He wins who endures to the end.’ So simple and yet not always easy. 🙂 I also love what you said about 5 years not making that much of a difference as compared to 4 years, this reminds me to get perspective and to RELAX. Have a wonderful weekend, Andrea.

  4. Yes! If it makes us uncomfortable, then that is exactly where we need to be; punching above our weight and beating Resistance. Starting my site makes me very uncomfortable. The aim- progress not perfection.
    Have a great day! 🙂
