This is one of my superpowers. I have learned to not stress about things I have no control over. It gets easier with practice and makes life a lot happier.
Good for you! You definitely lead by example.
Your long-term weightloss results exemplify it!
So true!
Sometimes, “let it go” can be the best piece of gentle wisdom to give ourselves. 🙂
I love that Buffy. May your day be filled with faith & trust.
Allowing all the good to gently come into your life. 🌷
Thank you, Dr Andrea — that’s a wonderfully uplifting way to put it, too. 🙂
Have a lovely day… and keep up the excellent posts, by the way. 😉
😊😊😊
Learning to ACCEPT rather than CONTROLLING every moment in life expands one’s abilities to appreciate and enjoy that which is beyond discovered horizons.
I’ve learned this, the hard way I guess. Regardless, I am so grateful I have learned it and try to put in into practice daily. Some days I get it right and some, well not so much. But for me, IT IS the only way! Thank you for sharing!
I so get it. Most posts are a note to self. 😎 #VowToAllow
This is TRUE!!!
Great post, beautiful blog.
❤ What this makes me think of: Let things flow. Good advice. Breathe. Love this, thanks for sharing!
God, how perfect is this, Andrea! How do you tend to know where I am? 🙂
Funny, I was recently in a Spiritual Psychology program, and we picked a quality that we wanted more of. I picked “allowing” (or maybe more accurately, it picked me). Thank you, and much love. ~Debbie
I love that Debbie! No coincidences here.
Synchronicity in full force. #VowToAllow 💖💫
Good thought. The word “sometimes” in the letting go phrase is very important or else people start taking you for granted. 🙂
I love it when life presents these wonderful “coincidences”. Just a day or two ago I ran across a draft post that I had never published. In it I discussed accepting and allowing, and what I had learned from practicing them. Then yesterday in yoga class the instructor set the theme as allowing. She summarized it as “Life is a delicate balance of effort and surrender.” Now I see your post on the same topic and am thrilled that the Universe has presented me with just what I require right now. I just love it when this happens. Thanks for your post.

So cool! Synchronicity at its’ highest.🍀
This is sooo good! It gets a little tiring to fight life and be in control sometimes…
Amen Nina! I heard the word “allow” the other day & it brought this incredible feeling of peace over me. 🌷💚
It feels so liberating just letting go and allowing the things that we cannot control to just run their course…in the end, we usually realize that our fears are bigger than what happens… ☺💓
Liberating… yes Nina!
And we hold the key 🔑
AMEN!!!!!
Fascinating what little control we have and yet what control we believe we have.
