  1. OH wow wow wow…doctors and nurses are some of my favorite people. My daughter has had chronic illness since the age of 2 so we spend a lot of time with nurses and doctors. How encouraging your class blackboards are. You are right nurses do save lives and they make such a difference in their patients experience. We’ve been so blessed to always find just the right doctor and or course I believe we draw the nurses we need or vice versa. Makes me smile just remembering all of them. They made such a huge difference in my daughter’s life that she went to school to be a nurse too. Yay! I’m going to visit around your blog a little! So happy you came over to see me! Have a super day! ~ღ~

    1. Reading your note made me smile big time! Thank you for sharing about your daughter and your own experience with health professionals. You give me one more reason to put my heart & soul into all that I do. 📚♥️

  2. A great visual Dr Dinardo!
I think I’ll opt for being positive. After some hard work on myself last year, it’s beginning to be my default switch now. But I’m sure there are a few extras in your list that I’ll be checking off.
Thank you, a lovely post 🌹🌟

      1. They really are, Dr Dinardo. I’m delving again into affirmations, the power of positive thinking etc and really loving it as a spiritual journey as well as understanding the pure physiology of stress and negative thinking.
I hope people ‘catch’ my vibes.
Thank you for your lovely reply 💐

  3. I went outside.. It was a lovely ‘spring’ day and unusually warm.. perfect for relaxing in here in Manchester, UK.. Have a fabulous weekend! x

      1. It’s a lovely time of year to get outside when the weather allows.. with the blossom blooming to remind us of ‘new beginnings’… xx

  4. Andrea, just looking at all these colorful reminders made me SMILE!
    OK, today I’m going to:

    1. Have fun
    2. Breathe
    3. Enjoy life
    4. Give someone a HUG (starting with a virtual one for you)

    Love, and blessings – Debbie

  5. I’m going to ‘enjoy life’. Can’t do that, unless one does all the others. Oh, and ‘go outside’, as eagles calling from outside my window remind me!

    1. I love hearing that the “thriving list” grabbed you. Attitude changes everything. We just need a “brief reminder” that we are one choice away from Powerless => Empowered. ☀️

  6. I’m waiting and listening for the light to be shed on where to take the next step. Breathe is a good one for this… and also the smiley face… the inner smile.
