TEDx Photos: Diamonds from Pressure.

“Don’t tell people your dreams. Show them.”

I am excited to share an interview, photos, and a short video clip from yesterday’s TEDx Event at the University of Windsor. It was one of the most positive speaking experiences I’ve ever had. Truly magical.

  1. Congratulations Andrea!
    What a spectacular opportunity.
Can’t wait to watch the vid, when available.

Dreams are part of the magic within that fuel our human spirit.

I look forward to speaking on a tedx stage soon as well.

Please post a link to your talk when you have a moment.

  2. It was honour to hear you speak and meet you yesterday! You’re a big part of what made my first TEDx event a wonderful one, and I’m looking forward to following your blog for more on how to thrive under pressure 🙂

  3. “…the difference between a thriver and a non-thriver is the balance between holding on and letting go.” Words of wisdom right there! Congratulations on this experience. It looks like it was a blast!

  4. Yippee! Andrea this is so remarkable! You look like you were having such a good time. And that video clip is excellent and powerful. (plus an excellent point on holding on v. letting go) Way to demonstrate your message. Congratulations and love to all those touched by your talk. Blessings, Debbie ps – I hope you took the time to really acknowledge yourself 🙂

    Thanks for sharing this!!

    1. Thank you Chuck! You are so right! The process of writing and refining a TEDx speech is arduous and humbling. And so worth it! So much so, that I find I’m a better professor because of the 2.5 preparation process. Kudos to your daughter! She has found a great place for her talents.

Full TEDx video coming soon! 🎥💥
