    1. Thank you Nova! My fellow educator.

For watching & for noticing my favourite part of our mental health interview: our connection.

It’s pretty cool when you resonate for years with a fellow blogger in the comments and then one day you get to meet them in an interview.

      Full circle wonderful. ❤️❤️

    1. Thanks for watching Annette! Your comment underscores my motivation for sharing psychology with the world.

Too much suffering / shame comes from lack of understanding / self knowledge versus the source of the pain.

Understanding “normal” vs. “abnormal” psychological milestones in life is everything.

The key is to share the information in bite size, sustainable techniques.

My hope is to inspire change – not to overwhelm.

  1. Challenging is the most difficult part for most of us.. if we can challenge maybe we can find the solution….most of the time the solutions are not all that difficult but we keep going around in circles. Regards.

  2. What a fabulous interview Andrea. And so important at this time. I think we’re all suffering or have suffered from situational anxiety with a lot of what’s playing out right now and it’s so important to understand so we can move through it. Inspiring as always my friend. Thank you. xx 🙏

    1. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch our interview Miriam. Similar to us, Dr. Garland and I met on WordPress 5 years ago, and have been ‘pen pals’ ever since. So being interviewed by her was a dream come true. And the topic of situational anxiety as it plays out in our global pandemic was the icing on the cake! Allowing us all to ‘dig in’ deeper to a condition that is universal to us all. Solutions included. xo

  3. I’m not sure how I missed this, but thank you for sharing Dr. D! I tried to like each comment, but WP isn’t acting nice today. Sending you hugs and light for a great September ❤

  4. You must have a sixth sense Dr. G!

I am in the process of setting up my clinical psychology course in the liberal arts program right now. And their first online assignment (as I shared earlier) is on situational anxiety …

Which makes me double grateful for you!

(Almost) every interview I have had since 2018 somehow comes back to thriving under pressure (which I appreciate… but does not expand my scope of potential influence) and you Dr. G. asked one of the most original mental health questions to date.

Thank you for this ^^ and for for so much more.
