      Too much suffering / shame comes from lack of understanding / self knowledge versus the source of the pain.

      Understanding “normal” vs. “abnormal” psychological milestones in life is everything.

      The key is to share the information in bite size, sustainable techniques.

      My hope is to inspire change – not to overwhelm.

    Challenging is the most difficult part for most of us.. if we can challenge maybe we can find the solution….most of the time the solutions are not all that difficult but we keep going around in circles. Regards.
