    1. Thanks Brad! Huge celebration everywhere today! πŸ’ƒπŸŽ‰

I began kickboxing a year ago this month. The best choice I’ve made all year. Amazing community. And so much inspiration! #Grateful

  1. Happy Canada Day Andrea. We’ll be enjoying the day being out and about nibbling at different places, fellowship and of course fireworks. We have so much to celebrate and believe us when we say we don’t take any of it for granted. This country has paid a huge price to be able to celebrate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence 241 years ago. It is such joy being able to travel between the USA and Canada.

      1. So true Andrea about leaders coming and going and the staying power of Community and freedom. Its a joyful and sobering responsibility that comes with that privilege of gratitude and reverence.

    1. My favourite part is how much we laugh while we sweat! Especially as a long-time lone exerciser. I never knew how much joy community could bring to fitness. 12 months at it. Hooked for life. πŸ’ƒπŸ₯Š

  2. Happy Canada Day my friend. 150 looks good on your Home and Native Land. The mantle of being a nation with a solid moral compass is now Canada’s. The USA has given it up as of late.

    1. Thank you! Boxing is such a great opportunity to let off steam. (And I have a lot of steam!) And the friends I’ve made at the kickboxing club this past year make it so much fun! 😊

  3. That’s AWESOME, Andrea. You look amazing. Good for you for kickboxing.

We’re just wrapping up an annual conference for my spiritual organization. People came in from around the world. So I think for the actual 4th of July, my partner and I are going to curl up in his home and chill out. ❀ (we're done as of tomorrow with a Blessings gathering)

Happy Canada Day Andrea. All the best to you. Be blessed,

  4. Ohhhhh I didn’t realize you’re a Canadian too!! Woot woot πŸ™‚ I hope you had a wonderful time celebrating the 150th birthday of our beautiful country.
