    1. Thank you so much for watching the video and for sharing on your Facebook page. You are so generous!

Arms Bumanlag is a former broadcaster in our hometown of Windsor Ontario. And has recently taken on the MISSION of putting the GOOD back into the NEWS.

He rocks 💎 And so do you Annette ♦️ Have a wonderful day!

  1. When you said in the YouTube interview how incredible it is to talk about infusing health and business, I was like YES! OMG. The two are a powerful duo. You have such great energy when speaking, by the way!!

    1. I love how you captured the HIGHLIGHT of my resiliency work with entrepreneurs and business owners from my second interview with Arms on September 29.

Keeping business owners healthy and whole is essential for all of us — we are interconnected in more ways than people realize. One of the KEY LESSONS from Covid-19.

“ What is in one is in the whole.” 🌎 ♥️

Link to my first interview with Arms from January 11, 2022:

Thank you for taking the time to watch and share your thoughts!

    1. Thank you Peter! It’s interesting to see how my own motivation ebbs and flows post-pandemic. I used to post on my blog weekly, sometimes twice a week, and now because of the many places I am invited to participate, including interviews like this one with Arms, I find myself posting less here and more often on other platforms, for other people. “Putting it out there” is a brilliant summary of this. Wishing you and your family a wonderful week!

  2. Hi Andrea, thank you for sharing I love the infectious energy you have – it really gets you into the subject matter.

Whose lives will change one week after your funeral? That is such an important question and something all people pleaser like myself should be asking.

I like your take on being your own advocate and to stop saving people as it only prolongs the pain. I’ve made that mistake a lot, and Arms life guard analogy about not going down too was excellent advice.

I’m struggling at moment with family life that it is difficult to get time to yourself – so could relate to your conversation.bive saved on my Spotify playlist so will be revisiting – thank you!

    1. James, thank you for taking the time to watch the interview with Arms and breaking down the parts that hit home for you!

This is really helpful for me as it directs where to go next with writing and speaking.

“Whose lives will change one week after your funeral? That is such an important question and something all people pleasers like myself should be asking.”

I am a (recovering) people pleaser too! In addition to this statement, something else that helps me be more compassionate with myself is knowing a lot of it has to do with my personality.

Feelers (Myers Briggs) are built to feel.

Saying No: Are you a thinker or a feeler?

That said: noticing where you say no more easily, helps you (us) realize that it’s also situational. Aka When we feel safe – we say no.

It’s easier to say no when you feel safe.

SAYING NO Are you a feeler or a thinker?

Wishing you and your family a wonderful start to the week!

  3. Hey Doc! Love the psychology survey! (I picked health and happiness) Gives your readers a say. And also ties in nicely with both your January interview and September interview with Arms. Have you ever thought of doing a psychology podcast?
