To answer your question, I’ve gotten much better at recognizing what brings positive energy and focusing more on that.
A lot is going on lately but calming my inner self is a priority as to be more concentrated.
I’m moving the world this month by spreading positivity every single day. Whether it’s leaving a note for someone to find, a shout out on social media to the person that inspires me or doing good for charity 🙂 Making January a positive month instead of January blues 😍
