  1. Thank you, Dr Andrea… a straightforward 5-point plan for less stress… I’m afraid I can’t watch the vids at the mo but I’m going to bookmark this for later.

I must say, it’s really nice to return to WordPress after a while (it’s a long, sadly stressful story) and see one of your posts in my timeline.
    Have a lovely day. ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Some great suggestions and my favourite – looking at the starry night sky which for me always puts life on earth into perspective! xx

    1. Hoping today is filled with less stress & more joy! If not… start with looking up. The universe always reminds us how small our stresses are compared to the vastness of the sky.๐Ÿ’ซ

  3. I cannot tell you how glad I was to see the last line “Look Up”. I love star gazing, and just looking up at nights. The sky above with glittering additions take me to a different universe altogether. Anyone that takes time to look up and pause, will sure find positive changes within. Like Bill Watterson mentions in Calvin&Hobbes “If people sat outside and looked at the stars each night, Iโ€™ll bet theyโ€™d live a lot differently”.
