Thank you, Dr Andrea… a straightforward 5-point plan for less stress… I’m afraid I can’t watch the vids at the mo but I’m going to bookmark this for later.
I must say, it’s really nice to return to WordPress after a while (it’s a long, sadly stressful story) and see one of your posts in my timeline.
Have a lovely day. 🙂
You are so adorable Buffy! The pleasure is all mine. Welcoming you back with a big virtual hug! 🤗 😘
Aww thank you… that is most welcome indeed! 😘 🤗
I love these, thank you for sharing!! 🙂
My pleasure! Bonus = if you click on each stress relief suggestion (all 5) they will take you to 5 unique posts on each topic. 📖 💙
Some great suggestions and my favourite – looking at the starry night sky which for me always puts life on earth into perspective! xx
Thanks for sharing Wendy! Looking up is my favourite too. The awe our sky invokes is the ultimate perspective shifter.
I also wrote a post dedicated to looking up: https://drandreadinardo.com/2016/09/01/always-looking-up/ 🌌
Good advice. No matter how balanced you might be there are always those days that can get you down and stress can sneak right in.
Hoping today is filled with less stress & more joy! If not… start with looking up. The universe always reminds us how small our stresses are compared to the vastness of the sky.💫
Loved the smiles in the Gratitude video. Appreciated all the videos. Thanks for all the advice.
I cannot tell you how glad I was to see the last line “Look Up”. I love star gazing, and just looking up at nights. The sky above with glittering additions take me to a different universe altogether. Anyone that takes time to look up and pause, will sure find positive changes within. Like Bill Watterson mentions in Calvin&Hobbes “If people sat outside and looked at the stars each night, I’ll bet they’d live a lot differently”.
Just reading your words & this awesome quote brings “looking up” full circle. Looking up with you.. . all day long! 🌌 ☀️
