Inspiration for TEDx Talk + Psychology Blog I created my psychology blog and TEDx Talk (both called “Thriving Under Pressure”) in response to rising levels of student stress and anxiety. The goal is to help students (and you) develop positive coping techniques in fun, interactive, and uplifting ways. By first focusing on what is right, before examining what is wrong, people are motivated to move beyond, and in some cases, be transformed by their challenges and adversities.
